Welcome to the wonderful world of painting transparent glass in watercolor! In this course you will learn the skills and techniques to creating luminous paintings of translucent glass.
This course features over 8 hours of robust in-depth, step-by-step instruction. You will learn how to identify light, shadow, reflections, texture, pattern and refractions and then recreate it with paint on paper.
We will create a variety of paintings to illustrate all of the situations you might encounter when painting so you will know how to tackle any glass or transparent subject you want to paint. I'll show you how to paint a variety of colored and clear glass objects and we will explore 3 specific kinds of approaches so you will always have something that will work in your glass painting endeavors.
I'll even show you how you can combine images to create a scene with glass objects like we do in this fun beach painting project!
